BK Group Plc, formerly known as Bank of Kigali Limited, is Rwanda's largest commercial bank by assets and a leading financial services provider offering retail and corporate banking, insurance, brokerage, internet, and digital services. Established in 1966 as a joint venture between the Government of Rwanda and Belgolaise, it commenced operations in 1967. The government later acquired full ownership in 2007, and the entity rebranded to BK Group Plc. It operates through three main segments: Retail Banking (current accounts, savings, fixed deposits, consumer loans, mortgages), Corporate Banking (overdrafts, loans, credit facilities), and Central Treasury (funding, debt securities, liquid investments).

The company provides a wide range of products including personal and business accounts, term deposits, secured loans (personal, vehicle, mortgage), letters of credit, factoring, project financing, trade finance, mobile and online banking, foreign exchange, and insurance. With approximately 79 branches, ATMs, and POS terminals primarily in Rwanda, BK Group serves over 223,000 individuals and 20,000 legal entities, supporting SMEs, women entrepreneurs, and diaspora clients. Subsidiaries include BK Insurance (licensed 2016), BK Capital (stockbrokerage and investment banking since 2012), and BK Techouse (technology solutions since 2016).

BK Group holds a primary listing on the Rwanda Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the Nairobi Securities Exchange since November 30, 2018, under ticker BKG, with a significant market position as Rwanda's largest bank by 36.1% asset market share (as of 2014 data). It maintains a robust distribution network and focuses on inclusive, technology-enhanced financial services.
